Microbiological testing

The following microbiological tests are carried out in our laboratory:

Detection of Salmonella spp.;
Detection of Salmonella spp. (PCR by BAX®);
Detection of Salmonella spp. (Real time PCR system);
Enumeration of coagulase-positive staphylococci (Staphylococcus aureus and other spieces);
Detection and enumeration of Coliforms;
Enumeration of yeasts and moulds;
Detection and enumeration of Listeria Monocytogenes and Listeria spp.;
Enumeration of Clostridium perfringens;
Enumeration of sulfite-reducing bacteria growing under anaerobic conditions;
Detection and enumeration of Escherichia coli;
Enumeration of presumptive Bacillus cereus;
Enumeration of mesophilic lactic acid bacteria;
Enumeration of Enterobacteriaceae;
Enumeration of microorganisms;
Detection of Vibrio parahaemolyticus;
Enumeration of presumptive Pseudomonas spp.;
Enumeration of Campylobacter spp.;

Environmental Monitoring (surface and air testing):

Contact slide method for total bacterial count and Enterobacteriaceae detection;
Contact slide method for total bacterial count and yeasts and moulds detection;
Contact slide method for total Enterobacteriaceae and faecal Streptococci detection;
Enumeration of yeasts and moulds;
Detection of coagulase-positive staphylococci (Staphylococcus aureus and other spieces);
Detection and enumeration of Enterobacteriaceae;
Detection and enumeration of Coliforms;
Detection of Clostridium perfringens;
