Samples are accepted on working days until 15:00, except for cases where the order has been agreed in advance and the order documents have been submitted or the order has been placed on the EOL online ordering system.
On Fridays, the laboratory does not accept water samples.
On Fridays, food and feed samples are accepted until 12 a.m.
We only accept acts sent electronically in word, pdf versions.
