Chemical testing
The following chemical tests are carried out:
- Determination of mycotoxins by HPLC (Zearalenone content, Deoxynivalenol content, Ochratoxin A content, Aflatoxin A, B1, B2, G1, G2 and the amount of their sum, etc.)
- Determination of allergens (gluten, allergens of celery, eggs, mustard, etc.);
- Determination of pesticides (chlorine organic and organic phosphorus pesticides, etc.);
- Determination of the sum of dioxins and dioxin-like PCBs;
- Determination of heavy metals (lead, cadmis, mercury, arsenic, etc.);
- Determination of micro and macro elements (proteins, fats, carbohydrates, calcium, magnesium, etc.);
- Nutrition determination/Extended labelling studies (proteins, fats, carbohydrates, energy value, ash, salt, sugar, fibre, etc.);
- Composition of fatty acids (Oleic acid, Omega n-3 acid, Omega n-6 acid, etc.);
- Vitamin determination (D3, D2, B12, A, E, C, etc.)
- Evaluation of sensory indicators (smell, taste, appearance, color);
- Tests are carried out in other Eurofins companies laboratories.

The samples must be delivered to the laboratory together with filled sample reception sheet.
