Laboratory contacts

(!) The laboratory will be closed from 22–28 December and no samples will be accepted during this period. The last microbiology pathogen samples will be accepted until 17 December. Any samples received after 17 December will be stored and processed after 28 December(!)

Samples are accepted on working days until 12:00, except for cases where the order has been agreed in advance and the order documents have been submitted or the order has been placed on the online LIMS.

On Fridays, the laboratory does not accept environmental samples (swabs, sponges) for microbiological testing, water samples.
On Fridays, food and feed samples are accepted until 10 a.m.

We only accept acts sent electronically in word, pdf versions.

• Water samples are not accepted on Friday.
• After 12:00, orders are not accepted without completed documents.
